Washington Organ Donation

You can become a registered organ donor in Washington by visiting: Donate Life Northwest coordinates organ donation for both Oregon and Washington.

Donate Life Midwest is a regional branch of Donate Life program serving Washington, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. The program gives residents the opportunity to register as an organ and tissue donors through Donate Life Washington.

Individuals interested in becoming organ donors can do so in a variety of ways:

  • Signing up through the state donor registry
  • Through the Washington branch of the Donate Life program
  • Applying for a new driver's license or ID card
  • Renewing a driver's license or ID card

If you choose not to be an organ donor and still want to be involved, consider making a monetary donation. You must be at least 13 years of age to be a donor. However, if you are under the age of 18, you must obtain parental consent to enroll.
